What can I expect during my session?
Your experience at SWET Studio is calm, guided and beginner-friendly. Sessions include infrared sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy. You’re encouraged to listen to your body. There’s no pressure to push past your comfort level, especially if it’s your first visit. Our team is always available to guide you and answer questions.

Are there any health considerations?
If you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, or feeling unwell, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before your visit.Please avoid sessions if you’re feeling dizzy, sick, or overly fatigued.

How long are sessions?
Most Swet Studio sessions last about 30-45 minutes, giving you time to move through infrared sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy without feeling rushed. The experience is flexible and beginner-friendly, so timing can be adjusted based on your comfort level.

What do I wear?
We recommend swimwear or lightweight athletic clothing you’re comfortable sweating in. Most guests wear a swimsuit, sports bra with shorts, or similar workout attire. Flip flops or slides are helpful for moving between modalities. Towels are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

Should I hydrate before my session?
Yes. Hydration is important before and after your visit. Infrared sauna and cold exposure can be dehydrating, so we recommend drinking water beforehand and continuing to hydrate after your session.

How will I feel after?
Most guests leave feeling lighter, clearer, deeply relaxed and re-energized. Everyone’s experience is unique, but improved mood, reduced stress, and overall reset are common takeaways.
